  1. Mix cauliflower and egg, coating well.
  2. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
  3. Heat butter over med-heat in skillet and saute garlic until soft.
  4. Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides.
