Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. For the onion and garlic powders, I don't measure it; I just sprinkle some in to my liking because it makes the dough less plain.
  3. Do a dough cycle. Mine is about 90 minutes hence the cook time.
  4. When the dough cycle finishes, extract it and knead on a floured surface, then roll out onto the pizza pan of your choice/use a little and freeze the rest. I use a 16 thin crust pan and use the whole thing.
  5. I recommend pre-baking at 400F for 5-7 minutes prior to putting on sauce, cheese, toppings, etc.
  6. For a flatter more thin crust outcome, use less yeast (about 2 1/4 tsp or 1 tsp.).
