Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups luke warm water
  • 3 package. dry yeast
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 palms salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 5 lbs flour

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl I put everything in together (minus the flour) and mix well with 1 - 2 cups of whole wheat flour. I then add the flour gradually until the correct texture where it can be kneaded. Pour out on floured board (counter) and knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 2 hours (I warm my oven then put in the bread and turn off the oven for rising). After rising 2 hours, punch down and let rest 10 minutes.
  2. Put into bread pans (6 regular sized loaves or 4 5lb loaf pans). Let rise again (1 - 2 hours).
  3. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
