Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes in bite size chunks.
  2. Heat the olive oil in pan.
  3. Drop the potatoes in,and cook ,turning occasionally for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden,but not browned.
  4. Remove with slotte spoon,drain on paper towels,placed over brown paper sacks.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Mix the mustard to a paste with a little tomato sauce,then add the remaining sauce.
  7. Bring to a simmer,stirring .
  8. Add tabasco.
  9. Pour over potatoes.
  10. ~Nice snack served with drinks,and barbecued meats~
