Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Put bran, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda into bowl and mix.
  2. Melt butter and syrup add milk and egg and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Lastly add baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Put into tin I use the Texas muffins and bake at 200°C until cooked.
