Directions:

  1. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in flavorings. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
