Ingredients:

  • 3 leek , halved lengthwise and thoroughly cleaned, than halved crosswise
  • some thyme or summer savory
  • s +p

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wide pan on a low flame, add leek with the cut side down, sprinkle with herbs and s+p, than slowly braise for 30 min, until lightly brown and soft. Let cool a little bit, serve.
