Ingredients:

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil and saute onion and parsley.
  2. Add tomatoes,season.
  3. Add rice and water and simmer until water is absorbed.
