Boiled Baby Confetti Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes.
  2. Do not remove skins.
  3. Cut each potato in half and put in large pot.
  4. Fill pot with water and bring to boil over medium heat.
  5. Boil potatoes until tender.
  6. Drain water and put potatoes in bowl.
  7. Mix in olive oil, Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
  8. Serve hot.
