Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl stir together orange juice and cornstarch, set aside. In a small saucepan mix together blueberries, sugar, and orange juice mixture.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
