Blueberry Sauce for Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 slice lemon ( juice only)
  • 1/4 cup cherry brandy

Directions:

  1. Put in food processer for about 4 minutes.
  2. Pass through a very fine sieve.
  3. Serve over cheesecake and garnish with blueberries.
