Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of real vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar butter and eggs until pale
  2. Mix flour baking powder and salt, add to egg mixture, fold gently
  3. Add berries, don't over mix
  4. I use huge muffin tins, and I prefer using papper line
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, if it's not done cover the top with a piece of foil and bake for another 7 minutes
  6. Cool in a baking rack, and eat :)
