Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat grill to med-high heat.
  2. Combine beef,onion,hot sauce,honey,garlic salt,red pepper flakes and pepper in large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Divide into 6 portions;form into patties around the blue cheese.
  5. Grill 8-10 mins or until done.
  6. Place patties on buns and top with roasted peppers and mushrooms.
