Blue Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter (no substitues!)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3- oz container crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

  1. Place butter and water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add flour and pepper stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Stir in cheese and beat again.
  6. Allow mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, then place tablespoonfuls on a greased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
