Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, celery, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in bacon.
  3. Place 1/2 cup egg salad on each croissant half.
  4. Top with lettuce and tomato and replace top half of croissant.
