Directions:

  1. Wash & cut off stem end of each tomato
  2. Remove pulp from tomatoes and turn upside down to drain
  3. Combine bacon, green onion, lettuce & mayo
  4. Fill each tomato with bacon mixture
  5. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
