Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb brown sugar (2 1/4 cup packed)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Spray a jelly roll pan with no-stick spray (10x15).
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. Stir together dry ingredients (first 3); set aside.
  4. In large bowl combine brown sugar and oil till combined well; beat in eggs one at a time.
  5. Add vanilla and blend well.
  6. Add flour mixture, chips and nuts; mix completely.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Test with toothpick.
  9. Careful not to over bake. Check at 35 minutes.
  10. Cool on wire rack.
  11. Cut into squares and when cool store airtight.
