Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layer potatoes, 1 cup onions, basil, 1 tbs of oil, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
  3. Gently stir in cheese and remaining oil.
  4. Cook an extra 5 minutes on high.
  5. Top with green onions and serve.
