Blackberry Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Rinse, drain, and remove stems of mushrooms
  3. Place the mushroom caps stem side down on a baking sheet, lightly greased with cooking spray
  4. Bake for 5 minutes
  5. Turn the caps stem side up
  6. Mix together, blackberries, walnuts, cheese, and rosemary
  7. Fill the caps with blackberry mixture
  8. Return to the oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
