Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Butter muffin forms and put phyllo decorative in it.
  3. Beat egg white with sugar, when it is almost beaten add blackberries in small portions and lemon juice.
  4. Add blackberry mousse in muffin form.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
