Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup blackberry
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp sugar or 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together. I tend to add ice if it seems too thick, and sometimes more milk as well. It all depends on my mood. :).
