Very light; nice if you want a low calorie treat. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup blackberry |
1/2 banana |
1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 cup ice, if preferred |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together. I tend to add ice if it seems too thick, and sometimes more milk as well. It all depends on my mood. :). |
