  1. CRUST:.
  2. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Grease a 9 square baking pan.
  4. Beat butter until whipped.
  5. Add Splenda brown sugar, soy flour and finely chopped almonds.
  6. Press mixture onto bottom of pan.
  7. Blind bake crust for 15 minutes.
  8. FILLING:.
  9. Beat cream cheese until whipped.
  10. Add white sugar, egg and sour cream until blended.
  11. Pour cream cheese mixture over baked crust.
  12. Drizzle jam onto mixture in swirls.
  13. Bake 25 minutes.
  14. Cool completely.
  15. Cut into squares.
  16. BLACKBERRY JAM PREPARATION:.
  17. Place blackberries in heated small sauté pan over medium heat.
  18. Add simple syrup and pectin.
  19. Heat and mash blackberry mixture with bean masher.
  20. Bring to a boil; remove from pan and put into bowl.
  21. Refrigerate 1 hour.
