  1. In a blender, for each shake, combine 3 squirts of chocolate syrup (about 1/4 cup) 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream (about 2 to 3 scoops), 2 cups skim milk and 4 ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and icy. Serve with straws in soda fountain or other tall glass.
