  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line 24 regular sized muffin cups with paper baking cups
  3. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy
  5. Add cocoa, butter, and vanilla, beating until well blended
  6. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk then the eggs, until thoroughly mixed
  7. Spoon into the baking cups
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate until ready to serve
