  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine Bisquick, sugar and soda. Add combined bananas, walnuts and eggs. Beat to blend thoroughly. Turn into greased pan. Bake at 350F 40 to 45 minutes. 9x5 loaf. See Photo
  2. **My notes: soda means baking soda. I preheated my oven. I used brown sugar and packed it. I mashed the bananas, eggs and sugar together and then turned into the Bisquick and baking soda. Beat it by hand. I didn't have any nuts. My loaf took 55 minutes until it was done with the spaghetti test.**
  3. Miss you, Grandma!
