Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar (scant)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Beat together egg whites and sugar until stiff.
  2. Fold in chocolate. Add vanilla and pinch of salt.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, and place in oven.
  5. Turn oven off and forget until morning.
