Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°.
  2. Scrub and clean potatos - don't peel!
  3. Slice potatos into long 1/8's.
  4. Drizzle a cooking sheet with olive oil and brush to cover.
  5. Season oil with any seasonings you like, we use salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne, or Lawrey's Seasoned Salt.
  6. Layer potato wedges on oil.
  7. Cover with foil (important!).
  8. Put in oven as close to lower element as possible for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and flip potato wedges.
  11. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  12. Enjoy hot with wonderful dipping sauces, great with burgers, steaks or even by themselves!
