Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together buttermilk, egg yolks, apples & vanilla
  3. Stir wet into dry
  4. Add melted butter
  5. Beat egg white until they hold soft peaks. Sir gently into batter
  6. Spread a ladleful of batter onto waffle iron and bake until waffle is done, usually 3 - 5 minutes
  7. Serve immediately or keep warm in low oven
  8. Freeze leftovers for quick breakfast
