Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat your waffle iron til light goes off
  3. Put mixture by spoonfuls onto waffle iron and spread to the edge if waffle iron
  4. Close the lid and cook til light goes off
  5. And enjoy!!!
  6. This will make four round waffles
  7. These freeze very well
