Ingredients:

  • 41 g of whey powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 medium banana

Directions:

  1. Put 4 ice cubes at the bottom of the blender
  2. Add the berries and bananas along with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Blend until smooth
