Ingredients:
41 g of whey powder
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 cups mixed berries
2 tbs cocoa
2 tbs honey
2 medium banana
Directions:
1. put 4 ice cubes at the bottom of the blender
2. add the berries and bananas along with the rest of the ingredients
3. blend until smooth
