Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups.
  3. Stir all ingredients except berries just until moistened.
  4. Gently stir in blueberries.
  5. Divide batter evenly among cups.
  6. Sprinkle coarse sugar over top of each cup of muffin batter.
  7. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
