Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. 1. Heat oven to 425. In a large bowl, smash with a fork the fresh berries. Add in the sugar, oil and eggs and combine. Add in the remaining ingredients until moistened.
  2. 2. Grease up muffin tins and fill with batter. Bake for 15 minutes.
