Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the rice on to cook in the rice cooker with the water.
  2. Take some sesame seeds and put them on a small plate. Do the same with the black.
  3. Take out the nori and set on a different small plate big enough to hold the three rice balls.
  4. Mix the pancake mix together then pour into a non-stick frying skillet thats hot. Cook until its all bubbly and you can flip it. Flip it and cook until its not sticky. Place on plate or in plastic wrap. If you place it in plastic wrap fold it up to where it looks like a lettuce wrap.
  5. After the wrap cools put the lettuce in it with the carrot and cheese. If you didn't use the plastic wrap just fold it up and stick some toothpicks sideways through it to hold it together for easy eating. Place in bento.
  6. Put cherry tomatoes and some more lettuce around the wrap.
  7. Make one rice ball and roll in sesame seed. Make another and roll in the black sesame seeds. Then mix the regular and black sesame seeds together and roll the last rice ball in them. Wrap rice balls with seaweed wrap. (I use roasted seaweed wrap.) Place in bento and put lettuce and cheese around them.
  8. Its done! Enjoy.
