Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice as directed in the rice cooker with the water.
  2. Get a bowl with cold water in it and mix salt in with it.
  3. Get another bowl for when the rice is done to put it in out of the rice cooker.
  4. Take a small plate and put some relish on it and the green onion beside but not against the relish. Do the same with the pickled vegetables.
  5. Chop the pickles fine.(I use sliced.) And set them beside the other stuff on the plate.
  6. Cook the shredded carrot in with a cap full of teriyaki sauce. Don't let it burn. If not using a non-stick pan put a little oil in it.
  7. Set the carrot beside the other fillings.
  8. On a separate small plate put the sesame seeds on it whichever kind your using. If using regular I prefer those toasted in the skillet. :)
  9. Place the rice out of the rice cooker and let it cool off just enough to handle. Don't let it get cold or it won't work with your hands. Dip your hands in the salt water and let them drip a few seconds before handling some rice. First make the riceball round and push down into it with your fingers until you have a hole. In the hole place your filling. Then form the rice around the hole entrance and form it into a triangle or you can do circles also. Repeat and let cool. Enjoy. If wanted you can add the seaweed strips. I didn't have any.
  10. For the Sesame Seed riceballs roll the riceballs in the sesame seeds. :)
