Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp crushed mint
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients together. Gulp it down just before your meal-or during.
  2. You can substitute crushed mint with sage or thyme.
