Beijing Radish Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch watermelon radishes or 1 medium daikon radish
  • 2 tbsp rice (or combination) or 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or combination)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Wash and julienne the radishes. (Not necessary to peel, but ok if you'd like to.)
  2. Mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Toss with the radishes.
