Beer Steamed Mussels

Ingredients:

  • 6 lbs messels
  • 3 tps garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 3tps salt

Directions:

  1. Wash your mussels and pick out the dead ones
  2. In a huge pot or a couple smaller ones pour your beer and water and galic and salt
  3. Bing to a boil then add your mussels
  4. Let them seam for 25 min
  5. Cool for 5 then serve
  6. You can eat them like taht or drunk into a galice butter or plain butter
