Ingredients:

  • 4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 oz beer

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Spoon into muffin pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden.
