Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp pan drippings from chicken
  • 1 cup good beer (if you would not drink it don'tsp use it)

Directions:

  1. Add the flour to the pan drippings and stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add beer and chicken broth, stirring constantly until the gravy is smooth and thick.
  3. Adjust the consistency with the broth, if necessary.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
