Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) package blue cheese, crumbles
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle good quality beer

Directions:

  1. With an electric mixer beat together softened cheeses and onion.
  2. Slowly add in beer until dip reaches desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate to slightly stiffen.
  4. Serve with potato chips and celery sticks.
