Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 small onions
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 12 fl oz beer
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives

Directions:

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it in 8 pieces.
  2. Fry them on butter and add the onion until gold.
  3. Add the flour and the chicken bouillon together with water.
  4. When everything is boiling add the beer and the greens.
  5. Cover it and let it simmer for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  6. Serve.
