Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp chicken base
  • 16 oz cheez whiz
  • 6 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup beer

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, Tabasco, Worcestershire and chicken base.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring regularly.
  3. Add Cheez Whiz after warming in hot water then mix in well.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch completely in the water then add to soup.
  5. Reduce hit and stir in beer and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Ladle into bowls and dust with cayenne pepper.
