Ingredients:

  • 4 bratwursts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Pierce brats with a knife.
  2. Place brats in a sauce pan.
  3. Add beer.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat to a simmer.
  6. Simmer 15 minutes uncovered.
  7. Heat up grill.
  8. Thinly slice onion seperate into rings.
  9. Place onion rings on a large sheet of foil.
  10. Drizzle with olive oil.
  11. Sprinkle with salt,pepper & adobo.
  12. Fold foil & seal.
  13. Place on grill 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  14. Drain brats.
  15. Place on grill.
  16. Grill about 10 minutes, or until nicely browned, turning at least once.
  17. Place brats in rolls top with onions.
  18. Garnish as desired.
