  1. In a mixing bowl combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Beat mixtue until smooth.
  3. Beat 2 egg white is a seperate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold into egg yolk mixture.
  5. Dip the vegtables in the batter.
  6. Deep fry at 375 F for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil remove excess grease by gently placing on a paper towel.
