Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Thoroughly mix meat, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.
  3. Remove stems from mushrooms then stuff caps with beef mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and pour wine over top.
  5. Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes then serve warm.
