Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in butter over low heat. Add mushrooms and onions and cook 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce; stir into meat mixture. Cover and simmer gently for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Thicken if necessary.. Just before serving blend sour cream into hot mixture. Serve over noodles or rice.
  2. Preparation time: 30 minutes
  3. Cooking time 1 hour, 20 minutes
