Ingredients:

  • hot water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Place corned beef in a heavy kettle and cover with hot water. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 hours.
