Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry lentils
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring water to boil in a pot.
  2. Add lentils and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or more.
